900 Residential Units in County of Balad, Iraq
Leedco was awarded a contract with Salah Addine Governorate Investment Commission in Iraq to build low rise residential buildings for the Citizens of Balad with a total of 900 units to include all necessary public services and infrastructures based on International and building codes standards.
The total estimated cost of the project is approximately $60 million.
