Founded in Anaheim, California in 1982, the company has provided Civil
Engineering Consulting Services to private sectors and government agencies
successfully on more than one thousand projects. The services provided
range from feasibility studies and conceptual design to final design, and even
construction management.
The geographical service area has covered more that nineteen states form
California to New Jersey, and from Texas to Washington. Marketing areas have
recently been expanded to Asian countries including China, Taiwan, and Korea.
Our practices have been mainly in Structural, Geotechnical, and
Foundation Engineering fields. Type of works involved includes;
Building, Transportation, Communication, and Environmental
Projects. Land Development and Construction Management are
other fields of our expertise.

Washington.

is a 26 years old Structural / Geotechnical consulting firm, having its in-house
soils laboratory approved by Los Angeles City.

is currently carrying One Million Dollar Professional Liability Insurance, and
Two Million Dollar General Liability Insurance.

the City of Los Angeles, California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), Los
